COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in coaching programs and services provided by Russ Yeager Coaching LLC ("Russ Yeager Coaching," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in a program, submitting payment, or otherwise agreeing to these Terms, you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. COACHING SERVICES
Russ Yeager Coaching provides health, fitness, nutrition, performance, body composition, lifestyle, mindset, accountability, and educational coaching. Services may include individualized coaching, training recommendations, nutrition guidance, accountability, group coaching, educational programs, digital resources, messaging support, assessments, and other services appropriate to the program in which you enroll. The specific services, access, duration, and level of support may vary depending upon the program purchased.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Coaching is a collaborative process. Your results depend significantly upon your participation, consistency, communication, effort, implementation, and individual circumstances. You agree to provide accurate information, communicate relevant limitations or concerns, and take responsibility for your decisions and actions.
3. RESULTS GUARANTEE
Our goal is simple: We will help you reach or exceed your agreed-upon goals, or we will continue working with you until you do.
To qualify for continued coaching under this guarantee, you must have substantially participated in the coaching program, communicated with your coach, and made a good-faith effort to implement the agreed-upon recommendations throughout your initial coaching term. If you have done so and have not achieved the goals mutually established with your coach by the completion of your initial coaching term, Russ Yeager Coaching will continue providing coaching support at no additional coaching fee until those goals are achieved or exceeded, provided you continue actively participating in the program.
This is a continued-coaching guarantee, not a money-back guarantee. Because individual circumstances and adherence vary, Russ Yeager Coaching does not guarantee any specific amount of weight loss, body-fat reduction, muscle gain, health improvement, performance improvement, financial result, or other specific outcome.
4. PROGRAM COMMITMENT AND PAYMENTS
By enrolling, you are committing to the complete program and the associated program investment presented and accepted at enrollment. If you choose an installment or monthly payment option, the payment schedule represents a financing arrangement for the full program investment unless expressly stated otherwise. It is not a month-to-month cancellation arrangement. You authorize Russ Yeager Coaching and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule selected at enrollment.
5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because coaching capacity is reserved for you and substantial resources may be provided immediately upon enrollment, payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law. Choosing not to participate, failing to attend coaching calls, failing to use program resources, scheduling conflicts, travel, changes in personal circumstances, or deciding to discontinue participation do not eliminate outstanding payment obligations under an agreed program commitment. Russ Yeager Coaching may, at its discretion, modify, pause, or terminate coaching services in unusual circumstances.
6. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you believe there has been a billing error or have a concern regarding a payment, you agree to contact Russ Yeager Coaching first and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute regarding a valid charge properly due under this Agreement may constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
Russ Yeager Coaching reserves the right to provide this Agreement, enrollment records, payment authorization records, communications, program-access records, coaching records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, or other parties involved in resolving a payment dispute. Nothing in this Agreement eliminates any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
7. HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Russ Yeager Coaching provides coaching and education and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Information regarding exercise, nutrition, supplements, laboratory testing, genetics, hormones, peptides, medications, recovery, longevity, or other health-related subjects is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for care from a physician or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
You are responsible for consulting your healthcare providers regarding medical conditions, medications, treatment decisions, and whether particular exercise, nutrition, supplementation, or lifestyle practices are appropriate for you. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information received through coaching.
8. EXERCISE AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Physical exercise and other health and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By voluntarily participating, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for exercising within your abilities and obtaining appropriate medical clearance when necessary. You agree to stop an activity and seek appropriate professional care if you experience symptoms or circumstances that make continued participation unsafe.
9. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
Coaching recommendations are based upon information available to Russ Yeager Coaching and general principles of health, fitness, nutrition, performance, and behavior change. They should not be interpreted as individualized medical, legal, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Body Transformation University and all Russ Yeager Coaching programs, videos, documents, training programs, nutrition materials, presentations, systems, worksheets, recordings, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Russ Yeager Coaching. Your enrollment provides a limited license for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share access to, teach, or commercially use these materials without written permission.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY AND COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Russ Yeager Coaching will make reasonable efforts to respect the confidentiality of information you share privately. Group coaching programs and communities involve interaction with other participants. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and not distribute recordings, screenshots, personal information, or private conversations without permission.
12. TESTIMONIALS, PHOTOS AND CLIENT STORIES
Russ Yeager Coaching will not use private photographs, identifiable transformation images, testimonials, or personal client stories for public marketing without appropriate permission. Providing coaching does not automatically grant Russ Yeager Coaching permission to publicly use your likeness or personal information.
13. TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Coaching may utilize third-party services such as Kajabi, Stripe, Zoom, WhatsApp, email, testing providers, applications, or other technology platforms. Russ Yeager Coaching is not responsible for outages, security incidents, service interruptions, policy changes, or other circumstances caused by independent third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Russ Yeager Coaching LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in coaching services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, total liability arising from the coaching relationship will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client to Russ Yeager Coaching for the program giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. TERMINATION
Russ Yeager Coaching reserves the right to terminate or restrict participation for abusive behavior, harassment, unlawful activity, material violation of these Terms, misuse of proprietary materials, or conduct that materially interferes with the coaching community or services. Termination for a Client's material breach does not automatically eliminate valid outstanding payment obligations.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in an appropriate court located in South Carolina unless applicable law requires another venue.
17. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT
Electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same effect as acceptance of a written agreement. By checking the acceptance box and completing enrollment, you acknowledge that you had the opportunity to review these Terms before purchasing and agree to be bound by them.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the program description and payment terms presented at enrollment, constitute the agreement between you and Russ Yeager Coaching regarding your participation. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
