“Training is going great.  The program you sent me is awesome and I've
seen some huge weight lifting gains. I'm now squatting 270 lbs, benching 176 lbs, and barbell curling 93.5 lbs. I'm really happy with these results so far considering I was squatting 176 lbs, benching 132 lbs and curling 60 lbs at the end of last year (all with really shocking form too).  The nutritional program is great as well. I've been eating everything you said. Its been a huge change in my nutritional plan but I've really noticed some differences in my energy at the gym.
