The single most important and most rewarding thing I got out of this contest is the unbelievable feeling of accomplishment, knowing that I stuck to my plan and gave 110% effort every day towards achieving my goals.
I made changes to my physique that I never imagined possible. I lost a tremendous amount of body fat while adding muscle and increasing my strength and intensity in the weight room weekly. I was able to obtain new levels of intensity, both physical and mental, and generate focus and execution like never before. It was really a life-changing experience for me.
One day, a few months after the contest was over I was reading back through my training journal and several thoughts started to pop into my mind. The first was that I could not believe what an awesome creation I had made! I don’t like to brag on myself but this journal turned out to be a masterpiece, and I could not help but feel proud.
